MARLBOROUGH, MA, February 12, 2007—Building on its success in Guangzhou, China, ArrAy Incorporated has opened a second development center in China.
The new facility is in Shanghai, and ArrAy has staffed it with highly skilled software engineers. Situated on the banks of the Yangtze River Delta in East China, Shanghai is the largest city in China and the eighth largest city in the world. It is home to many of China's oldest and leading universities.
"China is a welcome home to software engineering, and colleges and universities in Shanghai and Guangzhou are turning out talented engineers," said Allen Deary, Founder and Co-CEO of ArrAy. "ArrAy continues to build out our presence in China and offers product development companies access to experienced engineers and our established ArrAy Way methodology that delivers highly productive results through a highly collaborative process. Opening up a new development center in Shanghai provides ArrAy with access to an additional base of qualified engineers, and a development center in Shanghai better positions ArrAy to serve the local Chinese market, which is an important element of our business strategy."
"As we pursue our growth strategies of client, geographic and services expansion, access to this additional pool of talented resources will help ensure our successful execution" said Charles J. Palmer, Co-CEO of ArrAy Incorporated. "With expertise ranging from embedded software to web based applications, this development center will be able to support the full spectrum of clients that we serve", added Palmer.
