Application Development: Case Study
Wireless Mesh Network Application Development
ArrAy worked with our partner, who specified the requirements for an Automated Meter Reading (AMR) application.
- Developed the architecture, designed, and implemented the end user wireless application to enable in-field automated electric power meter nodes to communicate wirelessly with the central office system.
- Developed secure aggregate data uplink to the central office database.
- Designed and developed the required hardware interface, real-time embedded node and gateway software.
- Assisted our partner in the design of the user interface and presentation of central database information.
Partner Engagement: Case Study
Embedded OS Development and Deployment
ArrAy worked with our partner, a wireless chip manufacturer, leveraging our application development experience:
- Acting as an extension of our partner's engineering staff, developed the embedded OS used for the next generation single chip ZigBee platform.
- Integrated the latest OS release into a wireless application and used the application for QA testing and defect resolution of a new release.
- Helped our partner's customers develop additional applications based on mesh networking standards, protocols, and technologies.
