ArrAy's primary offshore development facility is located in Guangzhou, China, approximately 250 miles (a four-hour drive) northwest of Hong Kong. Guangzhou is recognized as the fastest-growing region in South China. ArrAy selected this area because of the highly skilled talent pool and expertise. Guangzhou is easily accessible via a new international airport, and it has five major technology parks—three of which are dedicated to the software industry.

ArrAy also has an offshore development facility located in Shanghai, China. Situated on the banks of the Yangtze River Delta in East China, Shanghai is the largest city in China and the eighth largest city in the world. It is home to many of China's oldest and leading universities.
